Yoga with Anne SoulShine Studio every Tuesday and Thursday at 6 pm and Saturday at 10 am. $11 a class.
Anne is a beautiful, kind and gentle soul and her yoga flow is the same. She helps you ground with your breath then eases into your stretches. Helping you find balance and peace. Great for all levels including beginners.
Our space is not large and we like it that way. It makes for a more intimate and comfortable class. Especially for people who are shy or curious. We would really love to show you how beneficial this practice can be.
If you have a mat or bolster we invite you to bring it. We do have some for those that need one.
