Sound Bath Session

Hello!

I am Rachelle Wilfong, Award Winning Children’s Book Author, Business Owner, Certified Sound Healer and Paranormal Investigator. I’m thrilled to be invited to share my love of singing bowls and sound therapy with you!

If you have never heard of or experienced a sound bath before, it’s a wonderfully relaxing meditative experience! It’s used to help relieve stress and anxiety and is amazing for resetting and recharging the body!

I will be using a combination of guided meditation, singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes and crystals to fill the room and immerse the body with sound and vibration. This listening experience intentionally uses sound as a gentle, but powerful therapeutic process.
